Refund
We offer a refund for items that are defective or incorrect. If you receive a faulty product or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a refund.
To request a refund, please email us at support@chicstomps.co.ke with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Delivery
Delivery is free for orders above KSh 5,000 within Nairobi. For orders below KSh 5,000, a delivery fee will apply based on your location.
We offer fast delivery, with most orders arriving within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Nairobi, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping & Returns
We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 12:00 PM in Nairobi. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day.
Yes, you can return items within 7 days of receipt if they are defective or incorrect. Please contact customer service to initiate the return process.
To return an item, please contact us at support@chicstomps.co.ke for instructions. Make sure to include your order number and a reason for the return. You will need to send the item back to our return address.
Payment
We accept payments via Mpesa. At checkout, you will be prompted to complete your payment using Mpesa.
Yes, our website is secure and uses encryption to protect your payment information. Your details are kept confidential and secure.
Currently, we only accept Mpesa payments online. Payment on delivery is not available at this time.
